You need AddItemMenu to get the armor. :^)
How do i install these mods into the game? Sorry i'm new, i do have vortex and the prereq mods to do this one

It's a kind of "WIP". :^) We are planning to make more bless armor. so when we done with them, then the Bless pack will be came out.
Just curious, I saw there was an SE Bless collection. Will there be an LE Bless collection?
