the d&d campaign i run is completely horror survival anyways so ill find a way to incorporate the spiral and all its horrors :)
man there is more than enough material for a full campaign, endless possibilities....
oh of course id never expect ya to make exact copies i really like your take on creatures and things to me its going to be some bonus uzamaki content i can murder my d&d players with! makes me debate on doing an Uzamaki campaign in the future.
I'll probably be blending a lot of this stuff so that I don't directly copy the manga (and use it more as inspiration) but I love all of those things, too! Especially the underground city at the end!
The Twisted Lovers would be amazing to paint, The snail people are iconic, The jack in the box boy from chapter 3 or 4, and of course the spiral structures from the end of the book. honestly id love everything form the book brought to life, im greedy lol
