I thought the giant frigate was being built for the same reason the US builds destroyers with the size and capabilities of light cruisers. It's what will get funded.

Dude a VW? Maaaan. I remember in the '10's when they used to burn down houses from being in a garage. Electrical garbage for sure. No KIA or Hyundai either. Or hmmm ship-lantis....Car wise at least. Jeeps I hear are also to be avoided....

Tex, A brief story that I hope makes the community smile, and a related question. I am going on a date soon with the agreed upon topic of discussion being TTRPGs and Traveller in particular, with each of us studying it prior so we can have an informed discussion. You might say that even in the depths of these spaces..."Love Can Bloom"(If you know, you know). My question is thus: Other than the official wiki and books, are there any sources you would recommend for a crash course introduction to the setting and how to play the system? Ideally something in audio format so I can consume it while going about other things. As always, thank you to you and everyone who makes all of this possible. I eagerly look forward to the Black Knight.
