Chapter 2: A Hundred Followers in One Night?

With the online expertise he had gained from being a streamer, he filled in some of her personal details that could attract followers, such as her height, waist, and breast size, along with other cute details to make the profile interesting, and also uploaded a few cute photos of Clara that she had prepared.
Clara, seeing her account created so quickly and neatly, couldn't help but nod with satisfaction. She smiled widely, relieved that the first step had gone well. "Thank you so much, Owen. You really are my best friend!" she said gratefully.
"It's time for us to get to bed. Good night, Owen~" she said as she walked out of Owen's room, leaving him to collapse onto his bed, thinking about what had just happened.
Clara’s OnlyStar… he would have to keep it quiet. He definitely couldn't tell Damian. His friend was rather old-fashioned and would never allow Clara to do something like this, even if it was just a few sexy photos. Owen let out a long, weary sigh. This was another secret he had to carry in this chaotic world.
The next morning, Owen began his daily routine once again, starting with his job at Jessica’s coffee shop. As soon as he walked into the shop, the rich aroma of coffee hit his nose, along with the chime of the bell on the door.
"Good morning, Jessica," Owen greeted her in a simple tone. Jessica, who was busy preparing things behind the counter, looked up and nodded in return. Over the month they had worked together, they had come to understand each other's habits to a certain extent. So Jessica gave Owen his orders almost immediately. "There's stock that needs to be refilled and organized in the warehouse out back. Take care of it, Owen."
Owen just nodded and replied briefly, "Got it, boss~" He walked straight to the back of the shop where the storage was. The physical exertion from lifting the heavy boxes made sweat seep down his back.
Work passed by as quickly as flowing water. Owen was wiping the sweat that was trickling down his face, but before he could get ready to leave, he happened to glance over and see Jessica with her outer shirt off. Sweat had nearly soaked her thin, tight white tank top, revealing her shapely and attractive figure. This time, Owen could clearly see the faint color of her skin under her wet tank top. Not only that, he could also see two small nubs protruding from the peaks of her two mountains, which made him realize instantly that she wasn't wearing a bra at all!
The sight before him made Owen stare, wide-eyed with disbelief that she could be so careless in front of him. As for Owen, who had just snapped out of staring at her ‘two mountains,’ he immediately turned away from Jessica. His face grew hot with a little embarrassment. He gave a small nod in reply and quickly walked out of her shop, as if afraid she would catch him shamelessly staring at her chest.
When Owen got home, the exhaustion from a full day of work at the coffee shop still clung to him. His body was signaling its desperate need for rest. The first thing he wanted was a shower to wash off the sweat. He walked straight to the shared bathroom on the ground floor. He reached for the doorknob and pushed it open without a second thought.
But when the door opened, what appeared before him was not an empty bathroom as he had expected. His brain felt like it short-circuited for the second time that day. The sight before him made time seem to stand still. He stood frozen, as if cursed.
Because he saw Clara, standing completely naked, showering. Faint steam filled the air, revealing her full, mature body with white soap suds covering parts of it like fluffy clouds. Especially those two bright white mountains, which were even bigger than Mount Fuji. The dim light in the bathroom only accentuated her fair skin, which stood out amidst the glistening water droplets.
Fortunately, he wasn't so shocked that he made a sound and gave himself away. Owen didn't know if it was his good luck or bad luck that Clara had forgotten to lock the bathroom door. Right now, two options popped into his head:

An hour later, after Owen had finished his own shower, he felt much more refreshed. Even though the impression from the incident in the bathroom still lingered in his mind, his responsibilities pulled him back to reality. It was time for him to post a story to OnlyStar for Clara. He got up from his bed and walked straight to the living room where Clara was watching TV.
"Hey, Clara. It's time to post your story. What do you want to post for today?" Owen asked with an enthusiastic voice. Clara, seeing Owen walk in, smiled and said uncertainly, "Uh… Owen, you know I'm not good at this sort of thing. Can't it be something simple, like 'Hello'?"
Hearing that, Owen could only slap his own forehead lightly. "No way, Clara. If there's nothing to attract people, who's going to pay us? You have to post a sexy picture on the sofa, with a caption like, 'Aahh~ Why does my back hurt so much?' Then you pose, pushing your chest out for the camera, okay?" Owen said as he picked up the professional camera he used and got it ready.
Clara blushed a little when she heard that. She knew instantly what Owen was implying, but she obediently did as he said. She adjusted her clothes slightly and went to sit on the sofa before posing for him for a few pictures. Then she said in a small, still-unconfident voice, "I hope this works, Owen… Uh… I don't think an old woman like me should be doing this. It's so embarrassing~"
Hearing that, Owen smiled a little. He put the camera down for a moment and encouraged her. "Have some confidence in yourself, Clara. You're a very beautiful woman. No one can resist your 'weapons of mass destruction'." he said as his eyes unintentionally glanced at her chest again. And Clara noticed his gaze, which made her blush even more.
But as the two were talking intimately, the warm atmosphere in the living room was suddenly interrupted when the living room door was opened. Damian walked in, looking dejected and exhausted. Seeing that, Owen quickly put his camera away, as if afraid his friend would find out. Clara also grew flustered and suspicious. She tensed up a little, afraid Damian would find out that she and Owen were secretly doing OnlyStar.
But luckily, Damian was not in his normal state at all. He was like a zombie. His eyes were vacant, his face weary, which made him completely oblivious to their suspicious behavior. He just walked to the fridge, grabbed a can of beer, and sank down onto the sofa next to Clara, sipping his beer like a soulless corpse.
That made Clara unable to hold back from asking with concern, "Is something wrong, honey? Don't stress too much about finding a job. We understand…"
Damian just nodded but didn't reply. He just looked up at the ceiling blankly, his eyes without a focus. That let Owen and Clara know instantly that Damian needed some private time to heal. The two of them walked out of the living room, leaving Damian to be by himself and recover his battered spirit.
The next day, when Owen woke up to check Clara’s OnlyStar followers, he had to widen his eyes in surprise. Clara’s followers had shot up from the tens to the hundreds in a single night. Owen knew instantly that his method was quite effective. Clara’s charm really didn't disappoint him. The fact that people were willing to pay to see her content from the very first night was a good sign that they were on the right track.
Therefore, today he decided to take a day off from Jessica’s coffee shop to devote his time to thinking up new content for Clara. Because you have to strike while the iron is hot.
In the early morning, Owen decided to talk to Clara about this in the kitchen. Luckily, everyone in the house was still asleep. An hour passed quickly. After the two had taken more than ten pictures in various poses, Owen prepared another camera to shoot a short video of Clara running. The result was much better than he had expected. Clara’s face was full of a warm smile.
