“Yes…” Kristin nodded. “You did me a favor whoring yourself out to Tom,” she sneered quietly. “Gave me an excuse to take him for everything he had.”
“I didn’t give a shit about Tom,” Alex said tartly. “I just wanted to get to you.”
“Let’s go downstairs,” the other brunette said after staring Alex down for a long, vicious moment.
Alex followed the other woman toward a doorway off the foyer and down a dark, narrow flight of stairs, watching as Kirstin peeled off her top to reveal a black bra, her long waist flaring just above the blackness of her pants, swaying provocatively as she headed down to the basement. Alex followed suit, stripping off the damp black top over her head as she stepped down into the floor of the house’s lower level.
There was a lavish, neon-lit bar on one side of the room and far more space than Alex had anticipated. A few black leather couches lined the walls and there were stools for the bar but apart from that the big basement consisted largely of open space and a deep shag carpet lining the floor, as if it had been constructed with this very purpose in mind—a hidden arena where two women could strip and confront one another away from prying eyes.
Kristin was peeling the tight leather pants off her pelvis and thighs like a serpent shedding its skin, the low neon lighting casting her body in vivid hues as she tossed her pants on a couch and stretched in front of Alex clad only in a brief black bra and high-riding black satinpanties. The raven-haired young woman stood confidently, hands on her hips and tugging provocatively at the black straps of her panties as if she faced down angry women in her underwear every day.
Alex chewed the inside of her cheek as she kept her gaze locked on Kristin’s face, glancing occasionally downward to take in the other brunette’s willowy, sculpted body. Alex tossed her black pants aside and stood in her own ensemble of jet-black underwear, coldly displaying her stripped down body to Kristin while the raven-haired townie’s eyes raked up and down Alex’s exposed figure. Alex had been trained in Hollywood to pose and move gracefully but she saw no awkwardness in her small-town rival, and Kristin was putting on a sultry body show that would have put any would-be Tinseltown starlet to shame.
They had reached a moment of truth now, Alex realized as she glanced down at Kristin’s bra and the supple, tawny cleavage and swell of her two C-cup breasts.
