Free to obey / Motivation to work out
🕑 Added 2024-03-18 22:02:22 +0000 UTCIt's important that you are familiar with my voice to let yourself go completely during this recording. You can complement ithe effect of this file with two of my previous recordings: "Enjoy working out" and "Eyelids shut / Dumbing down / Drain jock".
After I quickly hypnotize you and deepen your trance, I help you connect with a sense of freedom while you float into nothingness. And the freer you feel, the more you choose to obey ME.
As you're so willing to obey, you allow me to draw a scene in your empty mind, and you imagine that you are in the gym, and that you feel so good when you go there. And you feel even better when you start to lift some weights. This will help you associate working out with very pleasant and pleasurable sensations. This will also help motivate you to do it on a more regular basis

I can't wait to listen to this file again and again! I'm already a regular gym-goer and I love lifting weights! This other to send me into orbit!
