On top of that, generative AI is making false information look more convincing than ever. We're entering a new era of information overload, and figuring out what's real and what's not is becoming more and more of a challenge. While AI slop is slowly changing the internet as we know it, one thing is certain: kurzgesagt videos will always remain human-made.

So. I get it. Both sides of the comments. As a parent who is trying to raise my 6yr old in a world where digital devices, the Internet and now LLMs / automated computer generated media, I'm trying to figure out how to discern "truth" from ... Well anything else. It's really tricky. And how do we know what impact it's happening on us all? The same way we traversed the wild west of the 'net in the 90s and 00s unwittingly with predators and extremists (and continue to)... We also come across educators and cultural communicators, and - if we were lucky - lifelong friends are partners too. We now have a digital world with interpretive and/or gibberish generating "AI" along for the ride as well. The implications are, at worst, unknown but, at best, "interesting". I aim to keep my son safe by regulating use, providing context and insisting on critical reasoning. But most of us aren't doing that at the best of times. Just thinking aloud...

Your fear-mongering rant was disgraceful and terribly biased. I have no choice but to stop supporting you before you make an anti-vax video linking vaccines to autism based on the same type of misinformation you used here. Worse yet, the commenters here will demonize me for criticizing your one-sided diatribe without realizing that your video is exactly what you claim AI is doing.

I also joined patreon because of this video. Amazing. What value do all those view numbers have when you're adding in sock puppets? It's just meaningless.
