This one was rough. I hope you get to turn this into a full release at some point—more ppl should know about this case. Those poor employees.

True. But also every industry, as greed and classism are universal

Ursula Sindlinger

Geezus!

My hometown and I never knew any of this. Thanks for informing ❤

Lyra Shae

As horrifying as this story was, I couldn't help but think a lot of the same exploitation is still happening at our meat packing plants now...

Jennifer Furneaux

Wpooohoooo you're back ❤ As your usual - very interesting story and I listened twice.

John Stoeckel

I did some digging and found that the case dragged on through the early 90s and there was an eventual settlement for a couple of the bastards to plea out to manslaughter. And that Mackay guy had to pay the EPA 250lk for cleanup. I’m sure it was a drop in the bucket though... sigh.

Evelyn Kile

I’ve missed you!

I have yet to ever find another show close to being this good. Thank you for the new bonus episode!

Maggieworld

Thank you!!!

Jenn

Right?! I'm shocked that nothing further came of this. At the bare minimum, at least the business closed? ,👎

Marika Langot

Argh, for a moment there I believed we finally get a story with something close to a just resolution... But of course, these white collar murderers need to be charged with tax fraud, or else they face no consequences

ACC, I just finished binging all 60 episodes and bonuses and I must have more. Your unique style and layout of your shows is nothing short of brilliant! As a self-proclaimed true crime and all-things-fucked-up lover, I can truly say yours stands alone. Can’t wait for season 5! (No, seriously-I can’t wait)
