You said he "intercepted" some of the foil tamper proof labels he used to reseal the envelopes after opening them in the bathroom. I believe the seals were actually sent to him by accident, and nobody ever followed up to see where they went. This whole thing would not have been possible if it weren't for that package being delivered to the wrong person. Dumb luck.
