I just don’t understand how people think. Would painfully disfiguring her really stop someone from figuring out you are a thief? No, the wheels were already in motion. Just leave the state or the country instead of hurting more people if you are such a coward. This poor women has justice in her bones with the way she kept diving into the files even while recovering and fighting for her ability to tell others her a assailant’s name. I wonder what nature this level of hardship would reveal in myself.
