Chapter 5 polls results: players' favorite Love Interests

This time I tried to make a more comprehensive interpretation of the results. This turned into a long post, but I think it's interesting one, if you're into this kind of data analysis. Grab a cup of coffee and help me try to interprete these results.
Your favorite LI:
First, just like last time, I checked how many players have a given LI has one of their favorite:
From 142 players, 81 have Emma as one of their favorites (57%)
From 142 players, 66 have Deb as one of their favorites (46%)
From 142 players, 50 have Kim as one of their favorites (35%)
From 142 players, 48 have Lea as one of their favorites (34%)
From 142 players, 41 have Jen as one of their favorites (29%)
From 142 players, 29 have Olivia as one of their favorites (20%)
From 142 players, 16 have Bri as one of their favorites (11%)
The biggest winner from this chapter was Kim that overtook both Lea and Jen since chapter 4 polls. That’s not very surprising since she had more screen time and lewd scenes in this chapter. But Emma is still on top and her advantage to the rest has even increased.
Manly vs Sensitive paths:
However, these numbers can be a bit misleading because most LIs have a manly and a sensitive path, but the amount of players is not distributed 50% on each path.
For example, looking at Emma’s scene on chapter 5, 57% of players are on her sensitive path, while 39% are on the manly path. From the discord channel, we also have 64% of the members on the femdom channel, and 36% on the maledom channel.
This means the numbers shown above are a mixture of all of these players' votes, but are heavily skewed towards the opinions of players in the sensitive paths. What I wanted to find out is:
- 1) What are the favorite LIs from players that mostly prefer the manly paths
- 2) What are the favorite LIs from players that mostly prefer the sensitive paths
That information would better help me understand which paths are working better for each kind of player.
Your favorite LIs in manly paths:
To find that out, I just crossed information between polls. For example, looking only at those players that showed misogynistic porn to Emma, what are their favorite LIs?
The results are quite different from the overview shown above:
Emma: 67%, Deb: 18%, Lea: 41%, Jen: 49%, Kim: 21%, Olivia: 31%, Bri: 13%
For example, only 18% of them classified Deb as one of their favorites, in contrast to 46% if we also take sensitive players into account!
Players that spanked Jen in the MC’s office have a similar distribution of favorite LIs:
Emma: 60%, Deb: 40%, Lea: 43%, Jen: 50%, Kim: 21%, Olivia: 31%, Bri: 10%
And for players that had sex with Kim while she talked with Pete on the phone:
Emma: 68%, Deb: 29%, Lea: 39%, Jen: 46%, Kim: 32%, Olivia: 39%, Bri: 18%
Your favorite LI's in sensitive paths:
I also did the same exercise for the sensitive paths.
Players that showed femdom porn to Emma:
Emma: 58%, Deb: 68%, Lea: 22%, Jen: 19%, Kim: 48%, Olivia: 13%, Bri: 9%
Players that wore a strap-on for Deb:
Emma: 56%, Deb: 72%, Lea: 23%, Jen: 23%, Kim: 49%, Olivia: 15%, Bri: 8%
Players that become intimate with Kim’s shoes:
Emma: 59%, Deb: 71%, Lea: 21%, Jen: 19%, Kim: 57%, Olivia: 5%, Bri: 7%
Overview:
Within the manly paths and the sensitive paths, the numbers are quite similar, so I just did an average and got these general results:
Regarding players that picked sensitive paths, Deb is on top of their preferences with 70% of them picking her has one of their favorite LIs. Emma is second with 58% and Kim third with 51%.
As for players that picked manly paths, Emma is on top with 65%, followed by Jen with 48% and Lea with 41%.
I think this is more or less expected given their paths. But there are a few surprising things in this data.
Jen vs Deb:
Jen and Deb were supposed to be a bit of a mirror of each other. Jen is submissive and most of her content is geared towards manly players, with her sensitive path having just a couple teasing scenes so far. On the other hand, Deb is a dominant woman with most of her scenes being related to femdom. Not surprisingly, Deb is the favorite LI between players on sensitive paths… but Jen barely gets to be a favorite of 50% of players in the manly path. Why is that?
I think the most likely reason is that she’s “rejected” due to the ethical reasons present in her story (being a former psychology patient of the MC).
Another explanation could be that players in the manly paths actually like more vanilla content? Lea (and Olivia?) are more favored between manly players than between sensitive players, which might indicate just that.
On the other hand, Emma is still the favorite among manly players and her lewd scenes are not particularly vanilla. But the truth is, even among players that chose to spank her, only 50% picked her as one of their favorites. So, the "ethical issue" can't explain everything, or else, she would be more favored among players that don't care about that. What am I missing here?
Players on the manly paths that don’t have Jen as one of their favorite LIs, why is that? Is it because she is a former patient of the MC? Is it because her scenes are too kinky and you like more vanilla sex? Are her scenes not kinky enough? Some other reason?
How many favorite LIs each player has:
As you know, you could have picked as many LIs as you wanted as your favorite. However, the average number of picked LIs was 2.3. And this number was exactly the same from players in manly paths or players in sensitive paths. That's funny. Is this expected or surprising?
This might be just an artifact of the question. If we ask anyone to choose their favorite chocolate candy bars, and give them 7 options, they might pick just 2 or 3. It’s not like they don’t like the others, but, intuitively, if they’re going to pick favorites among 7 options, it makes sense to pick 2 or 3 instead of, say, 6. I think? Maybe not.
The interesting thing was that players on sensitive paths tended to heavily pick Deb, Emma, and Kim, while players in manly paths have their choices more distributed among all the girls. This means that Lea, Jen, Olivia and Bri are more liked by manly players than sensitive ones. Why is that?
Could it be that, if you’re just going to pick 2 or 3 options regardless of the question and the answers, femdom players have an easy choice and just pick Emma, Deb and Kim?
Could it be that manly players just have more options and femdom players feel like just those 3 girls are interesting to them?
Or manly players don't yet have obvious choices so they pick, say, Olivia (or even Bri) in the hopes that her content will be better than what is now in the game?
Speaking of Olivia, why are manly players around 3x more likely to have her as a favorite LI than sensitive players? Are manly players more interested in the LI’s personality while femdom players are more interested in just kinks? Is there something about Olivia that is a turn off for femdom players? Or a turn-on for manly players? Lea and Bri also suffer from the same "effect".
I don’t know the answer to any of these question, but I find them interesting.
Femdom players, why do so few of you picked Olivia as your favorite? Bri and Lea are also more-or-less 2 times less likely to be picked you than manly players. Jen is the same, but I guess that's expected. The other 3 are more surprising.
Manly players, why do so many of you picked Olivia as your favorite? She's even ahead of Kim and Deb and barely behind Lea, which is interesting given that she has no lewd scenes yet.
There are more things worth talking about, especially regarding each LI in particular. But this post is already big enough, so, I’ll leave that for another time.

I really like Jen, both looks and personality, but I turned her down too, because of ethics :D Maybe now that she's no longer a patient, I'd feel more comfortable to engage her. Honestly, I'd love to, even though I'm mostly in it for the femdom content ^^

I play on sensitive path and have picked 4 LIs: Emma, Deb, Kim and Bri. Reasons for every LI: 1. Emma - she was very low on the LIs list for me mostly cause she was pushed as the main LI by MCs friends (and the game too to some extent) so I decided to just have her open as a possibility, but didn't plan on becoming closer with her just out of spite. That also prompted me to initially side with Kim up until her blackmail talk. Emma won me over mostly through the kinks and personality shown later. That is to say, her humiliation scenes in chapter 4 were geared towards my own fetishes in a nice manner, being a good point between "evil" Kim and too cold for my taste Deb. I thought that her personality also shined through these scenes and also in other, later scenes. For example I enjoy crime stories and her approach to the "crime plot" in ch. 5 also helped her to become #1 on my list. She seems fun to hang out with, intelligent and with compatible with mine kinks. 2. Deb - that was my #1 after 2nd chapter purely because she is the most femdom oriented character. Or maybe was, as there are now 3 characters with clearly defined femdom paths. While playing dating/erotic game I try to base my choices as to possible main LI on (1) kinks, (2) looks and (3) personality. So it's not the same as if I'm playing for example am RPG game where I try to choose party members based more on their abilities (that in a way equal kinks here) than anything else. Deb is still a solid choice for femdom and FLR, but her coldness, focus on actions without much of dirty talk (lack of verbal or other humiliation) makes her somewhat boring in my eyes. Also, she was never #1 for me in the looks category. She was closer to the bottom of that particular list. 3. Kim - her route is stored on my separate saves as I don't consider her as my main LI, cause of her personality. But I do enjoy her kinks, they work nice for a game, as I wouldn't try them IRL. That being said I am curious about her non-cheating femdom route with MC. Cause if she'll decide to be loyal to MC, while still demeaning and sadistic that could be an interesting femdom relationship. Also there are more sadistic dommes that have partners and care about them while being demeaning so that could be an interesting dynamic. 4. Bri - I liked her looks the most among all LIs as I'm a sucker for black girls. She's also very sweet and caring, or at least seems to be. Imo she's very lovable, but I just don't know enough about her to make a final decision. And while personality and looks matter you also want a compatibile kinks with your LI. If you'd swap her model with either Emma's, Deb's or Kim's personalities then you'd make my main LI in the game. The rest is in no particular order, so I'll write them alphabetically. Jen - she's nice, but she's a patient and she's too submissive for me. If she'd have a femdom path I'd probably have her on separate save as I don't think MC should start relationship with his patients. As it is I never was interested in her. Lea - again, since the 1st meeting she wasn't someone I was interested in. She was more like a colleague or not very close friend to me. I continued her path for a while to see what'll happen, but her not very assertive personality, coupled with kinks I'm not interested in made me think of her as someone who is nice, but I wouldn't like to form any relationship with. Olivia - she's in a relationship, and even if it's an open one I don't swing like that. (With Kim - as I said - I have her on my kink scenes oriented save without thinking too much about the story; though I like the option of jumping into Kim wagon later with the possibility of not lying to her bf). I think she's a good friend and like her personality. She's someone I'd like to meet and befriend, but given what I know about her relationship and sex live she's not interesting to me romantically.
