Chapter 152: Cure Comes At A Price

Medical Condition? Is it more than just having a useless leg?
Tatsuya's transmigration was sudden, as such he had been living with the knowledge he already knew.
[More accurately it's a heart condition. Excessive exhaustion may lead her to collapse. As for what the host intends to do to her…]
The System paused and Tatsuya raised a brow in surprise.
[She will die.]
Give me a healing pill. A more potent one that will cure her, I'm not leaving before fucking her.
The System could only metaphorically sigh before giving him a small brown pill. It was the same pill that he used while torturing Ryuen. The only difference was that this pill cured all ailments while the pill he used before was merely returning the body to its original state.
Tatsuya roughly grabbed Sakayanagi and picked her up. He shoved the pill inside her mouth and forced her to swallow it.
Sakayanagi was in a daze. Just a few moments earlier her vision was blurring, she knew her condition had flared up. The fear and abuse of Tatsuya caused her heart to beat out of control.
Worse of all, she didn't have her medication with her.
This was one of her worst fears.
But everything changed the moment she was forced to swallow something else. A sweet sensation filled her taste buds and the sensation continued further.
To her surprise, it travelled throughout her body. She didn't know why she could feel this but she felt her vision clear up. Her heart has calmed down and the fatal weakness her right leg carried was nowhere to be seen.
Tatsuya let her go and Sakayanagi didn't pay him attention. She looked at herself in surprise. She walked around the room in a daze and tears streamed down her face.
For all her life she was cautioned to not get too excited. To never even try participating in any kind of sports. Even leisure activities required someone to be by her side most of the time.
“It's not for free.” A calm voice echoed behind her and Sakayanagi turned around, clearly startled.
“... How did you cure me?” Sakayanagi had already forgotten about the cock that was shoved down her throat despite the edges of her lips screaming in pain.
She took a step forward with sparkling eyes, her tears of joy still apparent. “Do you realise the medical value of what you've just fed me?” As if remembering something she grew flustered, “Is the effect temporary or permanent!?” She grabbed his hand.
“???”
Shouldn't you be more concerned about the fact I'm about to rape you?
How could Tatsuya realise the significance of being treated for a lifelong disability when he had none to know in the first place?
To Sakayanagi only three things mattered.
Her family.
Her disability.
And Ayanokoji.
Sakayanagi in the first place would be willing to do anything if there was hope to be cured.
And Tatsuya was an expert in identifying desperation.
He smiled.
“Obviously it's temporary. It's a drug that still hasn't cleared clinical trials.”
Sakayanagi felt her excitement dampen and she felt a bit lost.
How should it be said?
It was similar to finding a water body in the desert while dying of thirst only to realise it was a mirage.
“Why are you so sad? If we can develop temporary cures then why not permanent?”
Sakayanagi's heart thumped hearing that though her face was calm.
“Is that the source of your confidence?” She seemed to understand something. “I have to admit, despite knowing the slim chances of any cure to be made, I'm already sold. What is it that you need from me?”
She paused before frowning.
“Is it my body?” Seeing Tatsuya's smile she could only shake her head. “You have… weird tastes. I… you don't have to force me. I'll cooperate.”
She could accurately pinpoint the best decision in whatever situation.
There was no need to ensure hellish pain for a fruitless struggle.
This was the price of being smart.
“Now isn't that interesting?” Tatsuya sat on the bed and gestured for her to come closer. Sakayanagi out of habit reached for her clutch only to pause midway.
She slowly walked towards Tatsuya as if not used to the smooth movement.
Now that she had somewhat calmed down she looked towards Tatsuya's bulging cock and felt a bit frightened.
“That… won't fit.”
Tatsuya did not respond to her statement and said “I won't force you this time. Pleasure me on your own accord.”
“Uhm…” Sakayanagi now truly looked like a little hopeless child in her demeanour. She took a few steps forward and kneeled.
The cock that was thicker than her arm twitched dangerously. The veins alone were twice the size of the veins on her own little hand.
She placed her hand on his cock and tried to jerk him off, awkwardly failing as she did. Perhaps if his cock wasn't so huge she might've been able to keep her sassy behaviour intact.
She tried using both hands to jerk him off and the sight of her trying her best made Tatsuya feel sweet inside. “How cute…” he couldn't help but murmur.
Sakayanagi did her best to not react to his praise and focused on the task at hand. She felt like she was playing with Play-Doh. The meat of flesh in her hand was squishy but hard at the same time.
The only thing that concerned her was the musky smell wafting into her nose.
Tatsuya enjoyed the feeling of her soft little hands rubbing him off and her cute little face that was flushed from the rare exercise almost melted his heart… almost.
Seeing her struggle to jerk him off he couldn't help but chuckle.
“Just think of it as ice cream.”
Sakayanagi stopped and looked at him.
“...Ice cream?” She hesitated before nodding, “That makes sense.”
