Steven Rockford always trudged into Mr. Phillips class out of breath. Him and Hunter had Strength and Conditioning the class before. Steven had put off getting his P.E credit until the last semester possible. Unfortunately for him, he got the worst gym teacher possible. Jim Thompson was a former drill sergeant and coach of the football team. The school made him teach a class in order to coach so for 1 period a day he comes in and teaches a Strength and Conditioning class. Unfortunately for Steven the school put him in that 1 class he taught. He usually spent his 2nd to last period of the day getting yelled at by the hulking meathead.
“Has anyone seen Hunter I lost him in the hallway?” Steven questioned the rest of the class as he was the last one to sit down. “Nope he’s always with you.” Lenny Myers and his nerdy voice quickly replied from over his computer screen. Mr Phillips glanced at his watch and shrugged, “Looks like we will have to start without him.” Mr. Phillips stood up at the front of the class. The 61 year old man father of 2 had been teaching computer science for 20 years. After a short stint as a programmer for a big tech company, he decided he wanted to settle down with his wife and switched to teaching. His favorite class was the last period of the day, AP Computer Science, which consisted of his 6 best students. Hunter Rodgers, who didn’t seem like the type to excel in computer science but was a master coder. Chris Richardson, one of the smartest kids Mr. Phillips had ever taught, he only wished he applied it to his hygiene and diet. The greasy haired slob always had stains on his shirt and reeked of body odor. Most people in the school stayed away from him. Steven Rockford, a smart kid trying to find his niche within in the school, Steven was a skinny but average looking Junior. He was really smart but had too much anxiety to talk to girls, as a result he mostly hung out with the Computer Science crowd. Lenny Myers was a stereotypical know it all. The short ginger glassing wearing freckle faced freak would literally correct anyone on anything. He was really smart but took much for his own good. Dillion Newton was in a similar boat as Steven, he could be farther up the high school food chain, yet he lacked social confidence, so he mostly just hung out with Steven. Lastly was Larry Lewis, there was not a lot to say about Larry Lewis, even the boys in the class didn’t want to be friends with him.
As Mr. Phillips was starting class he shook his head, “Oh shucks, they actually went through with this bill.” He muted quietly. “What bill?” Chris perked up, The home Econ bill, requiring Home Economics to be taught in every school in the state.” Mr Phillips shrugged, “Oh well, maybe this will finally be my excuse to retire.”
Mr Mutalo glanced out his office window into the busy hallway. It had been 2 days since his little experiment, he was getting worried he killed Hunter or something. Hunter was absent from school the following day, Mr. Mutalo thought he most likely would never see him again, and gave himself a good chance for a lawsuit as well. He sat down at his desk and hurried his hands into his head. How could he be so dumb? Lying to a student and giving him drugs? This was the end of everything he had worked for.
Just as he was about to start crying he heard a knock on the door from his secretary, he half heartedly glanced up, “Umm sir.. Uhh a… new student is here to see you.” Quickly Mr Mutalo stood up, “Send them in!” He said urgently. Mr Mutalo tried to not change his expression as a beautiful teenage girl strutted her way into his big office. “Ugh I’m not a new student, I’ve gone to this school for 3 years.” The girl was wearing a cute black pleated skirt that only covered her thighs. She paired it with black tights that showed off her cute figure. She had on a cute pink off the shoulder blouse that she matched with a heart choker. “Oh.. sorry about that. What’s your name hun.” Mr Mutalo smiled trying not to stare at her breasts. The girl smoothed her skirt as she sat down cross legged. She was incredibly feminine, Mr Mutalo almost gagged on the strong scent of lavender perfume coming off of her. “Hannah Rodgers! I’ve gone to this school for like 3 and a half years Mr. Mutalo! Is it the hair? I got it dyed last week! What do you think? I did it the same color as Neferpitou!” She giggled. Mr Mutalo couldn’t believe it, Hunter Rodgers, the jock who never wore anything but sweatpants and basketball shorts and never talked about anything but football was gushing about anime with his face plastered in foundation. “Well anyways, I was just wondering aid I could take Home Ec 8th Period next semester sir!” Mr Mutalo grinned, “Of course, Hannah, I will update your schedule now! Now get to class sweetie.” Hannah gave him a cute smile and a peace sign, “Thanks Mr. Mutalo!” She flung her purse and scurried down the hall as fast as her heels and purse would let her. “Get the machine in Mr. Phillips room now!” Mr. Mutalo yelled at his secretary as he watched Hannah’s ass bounce down the hall.
