Thank you AP for sharing these two stories. My heart truly goes out to both your former neighbor and your brother and sister-in-law. While I may not be able to logistically help either of them, I know One who can, and I will be praying for both situations. In your neighbor's case, sometimes God shuts one door so that He can open another that has blessings beyond what we could have ever imagined. I have experienced that personally. Trusting the Lord that He will restore, in whatever way He chooses all that both have lost.
