One idea that could be fun would be a couple of roommates wind up daring each other to go 24/7 at college and whoever quits first has to do anything the other one says for the rest of college. The twist obviously being that over time neither girl is willing to give up and both start slowly but sure becoming fully diaper dependent.

What abput this wild fantasy where a person decides to start wearing diapers 24/7 and it goes really well. Eventually they do get caught and family and employers turn out being perfectly fine with it as long as it isn't flaunted or misused in social settings. The fantasy part is that not a single person would find it off putting. Not that it's a normal thing, they are just cool with said person being themselves. That would be cool.

Another idea in a similar vein would be a woman back for summer break during university who wets the bed one night out of the blue. Her mother comes in in the morning and reflexively helps clean her up and at the very end helps her into a pullup. Both of them realize “oh wait a second, that was a bit weird, but I guess it is kind of nostalgic so I will play along for now so that they don’t get embarrassed” and that sort of slowly spirals further and further over time as the two find themselves doing more and more such activities from when she was much younger.

I'd love to see more stories where the main character is regressing in terms of their actions but doesn’t regress all that much mentally. Maybe like the obvious one of a woman who gets cursed to have the bladder and bowel control of a baby, but that everyone around her reacts the same way they would with a baby when she wets or messes herself, being concerned and helping her get cleaned up etc. So she would be just trying to go through her normal life being interrupted by these strangely embarrassing and reassuring encounters after which things go back to normal. Like someone at work who bullies her could continue to do so but never say anything mean about her accidents or needing to wear diapers, then switch to being kind and caring when helping her change after spotting a leak.

Two rival women secretly subject each other to regression to get a one up on each other. Eventually they end up spiraling down and become best friends and toddlers together

how about A woman encounters a mentally regressed adult baby girl and her "mommy" which awakens an intense curiosity and jealousy over the overgrown toddler's situation, much to her own surprise. More encounters form a friendship and her obsession, and potty training spirals out of control, leading her to become the youngest baby in her new friends family much to her own delight.

I think I suggested a variation on this idea before, but a scenario where at least two people are trying to avoid getting regressed while trying to regress the others, but they honestly think they're helping by doing so. Like it's a group of friends where each one gets convinced that the others are really babies who've been mind controlled into giving up their childhood, and the fact that they others all think of them just proves that the others are all delusional.

a few ideas. 1: A,I. Go from being programed to take care of infants to all humans considered infants. 2: a facility takes a couple of parents and slowly by using psychological and physical manipulation to rebuild their identity into a couple of baby girls. Think the BITE model (“BITE” stands for Behavior, Information, Thought, and Emotional control.) . 3. "trapped" in a body that is betraying the mind as the body slowly loosing continence, the mind finding peace/acceptance in mental regression.

I would like to see a time travel story, were someone is messing with the past of someone else (or himself) and ends up in diapers in the current time.

"You Shook Me All Night Long" - A mental regression story about a nympho who has a one night stand with the wrong person and gets cursed with a mental regression spell. The most important question is will she redeem herself or return to infancy?

For their New Years resolution, the protagonist signs up for a new gym. When they get there though, they struggle to properly make use of the workout equipment, but fear not, a maternal gym instructor is here to help the protagonist ease into it and set them up with some more appropriate equipment and attire.

A game tester finds themselves testing increasingly juvenile games, while slowly becoming their target audience, at least mentally.
