Faking Parts 1, 2, and 3
🕑 Added 2021-05-08 16:30:19 +0000 UTC(This is based off of an old story I read once decades ago. Hopefully you guys like!)
Leanne felt her existence suddenly come back to life. Everything was dark. She could hear muffled voices grow clearer.
“What the hell…?” She thought, noticing then a dull headache in the background. She sensed she was laying down on a soft bed. Her eye lids opened to a blurry white world.
“The last thing I remember was that car, coming out of nowhere. I was crossing the street. Now I’m here?” She thought, the ICU room coming into view.
“She’s coming out of it now. We don’t expect her to be fully conscious for a couple hours. Everyone reacts to medically induced comas differently. We’ll just have to give her the time she needs.” Said a low male voice that Leanne didn’t recognize.
“Are you sure there’s no brain damage? She hasn’t been in diapers since she was a kid. Is that what the hospital does as a precaution? Or is there something wrong with her?” A female voice said, Leanne recognized that one, her mother.
“That’s just a precaution we take with people who are presented with head trauma and have defecated themselves. We couldn’t see any nerve damage from the scans we ran earlier. She should be fine.” The doctor said.
“I’m in a diaper? At the hospital?” Leanne thought, putting everything together. “Oh my god this is…” She thought, a unique plan already forming. “…Awesome!” Leanne had been secretly into diapers and the AB/DL lifestyle her whole life. She always yearned to intertwine the two into her everyday life. “They don’t expect me to be mentally 100% coming out of this thing I bet.” Leanne thought. No one would know she’s pretending. They’d chalk it up to mental trauma from the car accident. If she didn’t like it, she could ‘get better’ whenever she wanted. Leanne didn’t spend much time thinking about it.
“Ma- ma…” Leanne whispered; she blinked a couple more times, her vision was back to 100%. She saw her mother and father standing directly over her bedside.
“She’s already waking up! Leanne? Are you okay? Can you hear us?” Her mother said frantically.
“Ma… Mama… me in a diapie.” Leanne said, looking up into her mother’s eyes. Their face’s became confused. “Iahgopotty.” She babbled, then let go easily into the waiting padding. She’d had plenty of experience with wetting herself before. The diaper warmed between her legs as it absorbed the accident.
“Leanne, what? Why are you talking like that?!” Her mother said, astonished by her daughter’s childish actions. She looked to the doctor, “What’s wrong with her? Why is she talking like she’s three?!” She said panic-stricken.
“I... am not sure.” The doctor said, looking down at his clipboard. He started flipping through pages of Leanne’s head scans. “The CAT scan didn’t show any head trauma.” He said, investigating each picture closely.
“Ahehe! Momma spishy! I spishy in my diapie mommy.” Leanne said giggly to push her lie. Her parents looked down in horror at their ‘regressed’ daughter.
“Well obviously you missed SOMETHING! Look at her! She just pissed herself in front of us! Oh my god, this is a nightmare.” She said, grabbing her husband to cry into his shoulder.
“We’ll figure this out. Don’t worry, she’s likely experiencing a brief period of mental regression as she adjusts back from the accident. Give her some time, she could be out of this by as soon as the end of the day.” The doctor said in attempts to reassure them.
“Yeah I don’t think that’s gonna happen, Doc.” Leanne thought deviously to herself.
They had her admitted into her own room the next day. Complete with the pacifier and toys she begged for

The doctor insisted on keeping her in pull-ups at first. They reasoned it could help her mind snap back into the adult world, as opposed to supporting the babyish one it was in. Leanne made sure to correct that mistake quickly. She didn’t hold back from gushing into her pull-up, regardless of whether or not she was already soaked. After leaking through a couple dozen, they gave up and put her in the diapers she clearly needed.
Leanne loved every bit of the new world she had put herself in. Each morning she started her day by instantly releasing a full bladder into her diaper. She spent her mornings playing with toys or watching cartoons, while nurses checked the state of Leanne’s diaper for her. Most of her afternoons at first were spent running physical and psychological tests. Which she just so happened to score terribly on every single time.
“We just don’t know. We’ve run every single scan and test we could possibly administer. It seems like her mind is stuck in this regressed state.” The doctor said to her parents a few weeks later. Leanne tried her best to repress a smile from behind her pacifier while she played with toys on the floor.
“Is there anything you can do?” Her mother asked desperately. The doctor sighed and looked down at Leanne.
“There is one thing we haven’t tried yet. It’s experimental, but we have seen success at times from hypnosis with patients in Leanne’s condition.” He suggested, “We could have them try a round of it tonight if you’re okay with it.” He said.
“Whatever it takes.” Leanne’s father said, looking longingly down at their daughter try to slam a square block through a circle hole.
“Hypnosis, huh? This might be fun!” Leanne thought to herself. She wondered how the session would go the rest of the day. She’d dabbled with a couple files online, but never found any success. That’s what she was expecting that night as they put her to bed. The nurse would turn on a file while she fell asleep. Instead, Leanne was shocked to find a man in a tweed jacket walk into her room that night.
“Listen to my voice…” He started, lulling Leanne into a relaxed state. She followed along to his words, finding it harder to focus the longer she listened. “… Your true self will rise… the person you truly are will mentally return… you won’t hold back… your true self will take over again…” He said, his honey thick voice transfixed her. She couldn’t help but slip into a peaceful sleep.
When Leanne woke up the next morning everything felt way more fun that it did before. Her chest was filled with bubbly happy excitement. She felt energic the moment her eyes opened. She flung the blankets to the side to reveal her diaper on underneath.
“Wet! Uh-ohhh I mustah’ had too much juice. Ah well.” Leanne lisped, instantly shrugging it off. She didn’t feel an ounce of stress over the state of her diaper. She slipped off the bed and onto the floor. She picked up her toys right where she left off yesterday. She felt way more immersed in her toy make-believe games than ever before. She felt connected to them on a deep level, they reflected herself. It was like she could almost see their mouths talking and moving without having to do it for them.
She found it easier to block out the boring adults standing around her, and instead continue to stay focused on her toys. Normally these toys didn’t fully grab her attention in little space. But today everything looked so much more colorful and fun to play with.
“Ughh…” Leanne thought, feeling annoyed at a wave of pressure singling from her bladder. She hated when that feeling distracted her from play time. She could hear the adults talking about potty training as she easily relaxed her muscles. But she didn’t listen. Why should she? Why would she care about potty training when she was in diapers?
“We can keep trying.” The doctor said, “He said she went under rather quick, faster than most of his other patients, so maybe we’ll give it a couple more rounds and see how it pans out.” He said, Leanne’s parents nodded in silence as their baby girl leaked through her diaper without noticing

Leanne stared curiously at the poster in front of her. It was set at eye level, which for her meant it was on all fours. She cocked her head to the side.
“Was dis?” Leanne said out loud curiously, normally when she said something now an adult would swoop in to assist her.
“Sweetie, that’s the alphabet. You don’t know the alphabet? You were able to say some of those letters yesterday.” The nurse said, Leanne looked baffled at her. She could only connect a couple of the words she said with meaningful thought in her mind. The rest sounded like complete gibberish.
“Uhhhh Idighgah?” She babbled, the shaky train of thought she built in the first place crumbled in her brain. She became distracted by a growing feeling in the back of her diaper. She didn’t know what that was either, but it was a warm mushy sensation that happened more often now than before. Leanne loved when it happened though, that meant she could play around with it! Leanne’s butt landed hard onto the floor. Drooly giggles spilled out of her mouth, coupled with the pop of a few snot bubbles. Her mind became engulfed in the poopy mess mushing around her diaper.
That’s where her parents found her ten minutes later. The doctor expressed his condolences. They truly tried everything they could. Leanne couldn’t understand a word of it. Even if she could focus on something that wasn’t her poopy diaper, it still only sounded like gibberish.
The sensation of her diaper started to overwhelm her. She felt the pleasurable fireworks erupting in her mind begin to cast a hazy cloud dover her consciousness. The overstimulation of her diaper crescendo into peak sexual pleasure. She humped herself to completion and flopped over to the side.
“I think it’s time you take her home now…” The doctor said to the grieving parents.
“Bruh?” Leanne said, the world yet again coming back into focus. She sat up. Her thumb stayed planted in her mouth. She couldn’t be without something to suck on. Leanne felt like she knew where she was. The room felt familiar. It was different than the one she’d been in for a while now. She used what little brain power she had remaining to process it.
But like anything else, it all disintegrated into nonsensical baby murmurs.
“Wob, wob, bwob, bwob bob…” She mouthed around her thumb, her eyes looked off into nothing. She collapsed back onto her bed. Letting the warmth from her diaper take her back into another round of blinding pleasure as her hips subconsciously gyrated. A cycle she’d repeat for the rest of her life.
