Progress Report 7/9/2021
🕑 Added 2021-07-09 20:41:30 +0000 UTCIs it time already to ruin Squidward's day? Here's what I got done this week:
- Disabled consumable use while Endless Mode is enabled
- Made an animation of the two BG feet stepping into the vat during the countdown
- Created a UI element that shows how many uses of excavation are left so you don't have to go to the Lab to check
It's good to be back! I hope my fellow Americans had a great 4th of July! As for the rest of the world... I hope you had a great 4th of July regardless! :D
I wanted to get another minor update out today, but I ran into a bit of a snag yesterday. My computer has been running rather slowly on startup, so I figured I'd do a disk check to make sure I wasn't about to have a hard drive failure or something. It uh... it took 5 hours. I was not expecting that. But hey, now I know!
On the plus side, this gives me a chance to add another feature before the next update, which should make the game less of a grind. Nothing fancy or anything. :P
With that said and done, let's eat! And by "let's" I mean "I'm going to" and by "eat" I mean "viscerally stuff my face with Taco Bell". I'll see you guys again next week with a game update (if nothing breaks in the meantime)!

Thank you for all the kind words! ^.^ I, myself, am a fetish-driven person (and some of my future games may reflect that in a less-wholesome way :P), so I welcome all fetish communities with open arms! I do love the wholesome side of size and monster girls, though, so it'll never fully go away. :) Ah, multiplayer -- that's a popular request, haha. I'm afraid that won't be a feature for Grape Escape as I'm wrapping it up, but I'm gonna make it a priority to understand how to make multiplayer games so I can accommodate for future games. ^_^

Love it BTW! The game seems really cool. I love it... I wish you had more following and not just from fetish-driven people, as this game is actually pretty good game, that is surprisingly wholesome... I can't wait to see what comes next to the game! Also... I do have an idea I might share here, feel free to ignore it... Multiplayer... Couch multiplayer... 2nd player would play as the pink one, 1st player uses arrow keys, 2nd uses WASD... they both get theirn own separate buttons for jumping and accelerating... It would be somewhat of "battle royale" or "stomping royale" as the last one remaining wins...

Wow... I literally clicked so fast I'm first... It looks like a good update! I like the idea of the feet being animated as she walks in... I would say it adds to the immersion, but you cannot really immerse yourself into this silly (but cute) game...
