Understood, this is my version of the program, not his though. I’m really just doing this because I might not finish editing till about 4 pm. Otherwise I would have just given you guys the video itself
I must respect your decision but I'd also like to say that NH is against the selling of intellectual information (including programs for lifting) so you could offer it up immediately, when ready, instead of giving Patreon members an early look, in respect to NH ideals. Just a suggestion and I personally don't mind either way. Although I probably stepped way outside of line sharing this, so apologies if I did
