The question mark poses a question and therefore seems more mysterious in a way. People tend to click on videos more with a ? Or !. As the brain immediately interprets the meaning. While without the question mark, it just seems like a blank statement that many will gloss over and move on (meaning not click). So if you want more traffic I'd suggest using the question. Either way up to you. I would also suggest doing a coin flip, best out of three for rather harmless decisions like this to avoid being indecisive and not wasting much time. No offence intended on that, just a little thing that can help
As a copywriter, I recommend you remove the question mark 🫡
