Smooth !
🕑 Added 2024-11-29 12:42:41 +0000 UTCA jam from 1999. You don't hear lead licks like that on the radio anymore.
Even though the original track doesn’t have any, I incorporated some rhythm guitar into this piece. I felt it made the song more interesting to fill out the sections where no guitar is being played, especially for playing along. For anyone wanting to adapt this song to solo rhythm guitar, the chords are labeled above the tab for your convenience.
According to the live clips I referenced, Carlos plays this fairly close to the studio with some small variations and improvising. Fingering positions I feel are pretty accurate!
Also, I want to give a huge shoutout to Tom Strandberg - who has been a valuable member of the Mr. Tabs team lately! When he's not helping us behind the scenes, he is composing music for TV and film - specializing in Nordic elements with a cinematic touch (but he explores other genres as well). He's also about to release his third album soon! Check him out on Youtube and Facebook.
