Hotel California Video - Click Track Only release
🕑 Added 2023-09-18 14:51:26 +0000 UTCHey there everyone! I wanted to give you all an update on the Hotel California video that was previously taken down due to copyright issues. I just want to let you all know that I've re-uploaded the video but with a click track only. This is to respect the wishes of the Eagles but also to provide my transcription of the song.
Additionally, I wanted to inform you that I have updated the guitar pro file for this video for those who have the PDF File from Music Notes. If you are unfamiliar with Guitar Pro, it's an incredible tab software that I use for all my tabs in the video. It offers advanced features like looping, speed control, a trainer, and a metronome. If you're interested, you can find a link to download the software in the descriptions of all my videos.
Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. Your contributions on Patreon enable me to continue creating content that I love. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me, and I hope that you find the updated Hotel California helpful.
Thank you,
-Patrick

It’s strange that they are so gung-ho about copyright infringement and even cover versions are somehow at risk. Cover songs are clearly explained in the copyright law. Why do they get to put claims on them as well? It makes no sense to me. They will get paid the proper royalties. But they choose to just remove the music? They are going to fade away into irrelevance very soon. Other groups that have been around for longer have embraced new technology and stayed relevant for new generations. The Eagles will definitely not stand the test of time.
