I’m not liking the Turkey comments. I’m vegan, and I’ve previously mentioned how our hosts (and a lot of people in this Patreon group) should go vegan. Not only is meat and dairy consumption horrific for billions of animals and trillions of fish/sea animals yearly, it’s also significantly responsible for part of our planet’s climate chaos.

The Forcening sounds like the best idea!! How about making it a Patreon poll every time, so we, the audience, have some say in the process? We’d likely end up choosing movies we’ve already seen. Of course, you, the hosts, might try to influence the Patreons by suggesting movies you think would get picked. I think episodes like this could be some of the most entertaining—especially when one host is really passionate about a movie, while the others aren’t as into it.

Hey, David quoted my Bluesky post. Now I can go into the west, and remain Galadriel. I think the best case scenario for a "live action" reminaging is to tell a different story in the same world. For example, a much better Avatar: The Last Airbender Netflix series might have explored the adventures of a not-Aang Avatar. There are even books they could have adapted. That way, fans of the world get more, rather than a hackish remake of what already existed.
