I agree with David. Evil Dead 2 is less a remake and more a continuation of the story. There’s a recap told differently, almost as if this is a different timeline, but it’s done within 5 minutes. This picks up right where The Evil Dead ends.

For whatever reason I never find myself wanting to skip the Ted Lasso title sequence. It’s maybe like 20-30s long and that Marcus Mumford song just makes me feel good inside. Idk
