Funny enough, Superman the Animated Series from the 90s had an episode that was exactly the plot Devindra describes. The episode’s name is Brave New Metropolis and about Superman being thrown into an alternate reality where he meets a version of himself that went fascist. It’s a great episode. Highly recommend! Should be on HBO Max and only 20 minutes long!
