Fixed item stats generation being caped at Item Level ~50
Item Quality will also affect now base stat to prevent low quality items being better than rarer ones
Guild check-in require now at least character level 5

After I'll come back from second trip (after 04 August), I'll be working on fixing bugs and problems, so new features will have to wait a little:)
