My wife recently had to have surgery so I apologize for being behind on questions about backorders etc. I will get everyone caught up, I promise. She is doing great and not complaining about my mediocre cooking skills.

A month to the day after you posted this, these pages arrived. Mail is clearly slower of late, but as long as nothing is missing, I don't mind the wait.
