Dear Christian: What is the plan regarding the binding? I just received the first batch of pages, and they're pretty encouraging. Eventually though, if we all persevere, the book will be done, and if the binding is right, it will be awesome.

Yes, exactly! The finished book will be 816 pages. This is what you will end up owning when the whole project is complete!
