SUN CITY MENTION. Sun City is a town designed and built by the Del Webb corporation and planted on top of an old railroad town named Marinette. It is exclusively 55+, and has it's own fake police force named the Sun City Posse. Sun City is a joke and a blight on anyone trying to live cheaply in the west Valley because *all the affordable/starter housing in the west valley is inside these 55+ communities*. Not to mention, of course, the golf courses.
