I know you mean rooftop parking lots but in Pittsburgh we have a certain Giant Eagle grocery store that gets a car on he roof every few years. There’s a hill behind it and a major through street for the neighborhood squiggles around the side of the hill… someone doesn’t pay attention, misses the curve, bounces off a few trees, and then someone at the grocery has to call the police like “ya there’s another jagoff on the roof. Bring the crane.”
