It’s similar to the uprising around involuntary addiction to benzodiazepines - Valium, then - in the 80s. Of “Mummy’s Little Helper” fame. Please would you contact me? There are thousands and thousands of us who have been seriously harmed by psychiatric drugs. Just letting you know I found you while researching Kratom. Your video on why you quit and what it was like is the one I watched before coming over to join you on Patreon. The thing that made me want to be more connected was your description of how taking something daily alters your neurochemistry. It's the daily part. I'm a researcher also, and am currently working on "ruining my reputation" by getting very loud about antidepressant withdrawal and the entire catastrophe related to antidepressants. Daily use, people, daily use. That's the hot button. I also appreciate your depth of understanding, mentioning homeostasis and what the brain/body always tries to do. Just keep going, man, you're not the only one out there putting it on the line, and, thank you, I'm not the only one either.
