The light bar is from WMF's tow truck, but we changed the perimeters and added real lights instead of just a flash.
With permission, we have added some lights and fire mods to this truck. We are gonna release it public with the next few testing days. We first have to see how well it handles the lights on the server. then it will be public after adding a few lights if it works good.
This has a few edits we are making this week and then it will be public. Only in testing for the lights, make sure it down crash the server, that type of stuff!
The file size is a bit big for a truck, but we did not make any major edits just lights and colors :)

is there any way to get the sirens to stop when ever you put the lights on?
I've tried to join expendables modding but they wont let me
