Really appreciated this discussion, y'all did great. I especially appreciate the thoughts on how to handle works that shitty folks like this worked on. I've been struggling myself because whenever I decide I can still enjoy a Kevin Spacey or Whedon movie/show, I feel like I'm just justifying keeping something I loved before I knew. It's hard not to feel guilty about such things. Still not sure how to get past that, or if I even should. Guh, why can't powerful men just stop being shitbird?!

Listening to this just made me feel so sad for the friends and relatives I have that are massive Buffy/Angel/Firefly fans (and obv folks like Devindra too). Not equating the two, but it feels similar how I felt for the folks I know that are betrayed by Rowling and her transphobia.
