I think you might have only read part one of the book? There's a LOT more to come.
I read this book within the last 12 months. The movie ended the same way as the book. While it might not make the best sense, I felt this movie did a great job keeping true to a lot of the way the book was written and paced. Just wanted to throw that out there since there was some confusion about why the movie ended that way. It’s the same as the book! :)
