その結果、痛みのせいで仕事はおろか、呼吸するのも困難になってしまいました。
新しい治療法があり、今週までに結果が出るはずですが、そうでなければ入院の可能性があります。
私の状態をできるだけ早くお知らせします。
プロのアーティストとしてこれほど仕事を休まなければならないのは7年間で初めてで、とても悔しいですが、健康を第一に考えなければなりません。
治療が効果を発揮することを心から願っておりますので、詳細については水曜日に再度ご連絡させていただきます。

Sorry for this message but it is to inform you that I have been diagnosed with a severe lung infection.
As a result, it's difficult for me to breathe, let alone work because of the pain.
I have a new treatment which should have results by this week, otherwise hospitalization is a possibility.
I'll keep you informed of my condition as soon as I can.
It's the first time in 7 years as a professional artist that I've had to stop working so much, which frustrates me, but I have to put my health first.
I really hope the treatment will be effective and I'll get back to you on Wednesday for more information.
