I’m catching up on the patreon content and this After Dark is hitting 👀 thanks so much for this career retrospective from all of you. I found it very relatable and impactful, as someone who started my journey in the entertainment industry at a time when this podcast was in its nascency. I recently stumbled on this quote that I plan on writing on my team’s white board at the studio I work at, and I want to share it here, too: “Talent is insignificant. I know a lot of talented ruins. Beyond talent lie all the usual words: discipline, love, luck, but most of all, endurance.” -James Baldwin. Thanks again for sharing this raw conversation.
