I can’t wait to try this. My fiancé says my eggs are too dry.

This is exactly what I am looking for: a pre-check mark on my ticket to the afterlife. In the meantime, I will scramble eggs every way possible & watch for that book.

I haven’t tried it but I can imagine it just being a little more rich. I think it may be a little redundant as both techniques solve the same basic problem.

I use the Koda 16 most!

I am sorry I keep asking you this! Which ooni pizza oven would you recommend? Love the renaissance of articles!!!

If I change style preference depending on my mood, what does that make me ? Eek! 😆 The ones on this recipe look great, then I opened the Whompoa recipe video and audibly went oohh

I am a private chef and have had a request for scrambled eggs tomorrow morning. Perfect timing I will try this!

I think the written word adds a lot to the recipe. I focus so much on your cooking I sometimes miss the humor, sarcasm, whatever. In the written word it comes shining through.

Sent DM on Instagram but I'm not sure if you check it, so I'll ask it here as well: have uou tried combining this technique with the scrambled eggs recipe on your YouTube in which you use potato starch and finely chopped cold butter? The recipe from Youtube video comes so perfect I'm wondering if adding cold yolks will improve it further or if it won't add anything due to potato starch being enough of the "safe buffor" in terms of overcooking. If you haven't tried it I'll check it myself, just want to know your thoughts about it ;)

Love the writing almost as much as righteously scrambled eggs.

I love this! I live in a house where I like my eggs properly cooked, but my wife likes her eggs dry and lacking virtue. I think I can just add half back into the pan with this recipe to accommodate her moral shortcomings.

This is very smart. I’ll try it.

My version of this has been to put the cooked eggs back into the bowl I scrambled them in and stir to pick up all the residual raw egg. Super easy, less waste, and you end up with nice glossy eggs.

Mind blown

Fun read. Thanks!
