One could argue that Legend of Zelda is a bit more progressive than it seems. It's the first time we see Zelda as an actual protagonist rather than a damsel in distress, and Link's attempts to get kisses always result in failure; it's a lesson on how *not* to be a hero, just as much as it shows how to be one.

Curiosity was too strong and I ended up watching Pac's Giving... and... Jeezusss, ya'll. ending by referring to the ghosts as "those who are less deserving" was pretty unambiguous nail in that white washed coffin, huh? However, though I too absolutely disavow Pac Man and his gleefully colonizing family ... that lady ghost was kinda sexy, no? There was a story behind those eyes and vague hips shape that don't lie

So before listening to the final I went and watched both programs. Here’s the thing. Picnic is Pacland was so bad it hurt to watch and truly felt like it lasted an hour. However; Legend of Zelda made me legitimately upset it was so bad and so off base of the source material. I haven’t listened to the final discussion yet but I gotta go with Zelda as the champion stinker
