On the topic of Emily mentioning the want to do a Cyberpunk style campaign, there is a TTRPG called Cyberpunk Red that is based on the Cyberpunk games in that there are different type of edgerunners you can be. I know that that game has a lot of fun mechanics that could probably be pulled from if you were to do a Cyberpunk type adventure

In regards to one of the last questions, I thought C3 had the PERFECT balance of throwbacks and new stuff. Lots of C1 references, but it in no way overshadowed C3. And C1 stuff tied in in unique ways to C3 that were unexpected.

I wish that instead of throwaway damage/gags, characters faced more social consequences for their dumb jokes. In frostwind, when Hardwon insulted the frost dwarf government at the bar, they kicked the party out, which led to them going to the wedding with less information, which led to one of the best moments in the history of the podcast. When sol insulted that fire giant guard and just got punched, I was disappointed that there was no social consequences. C3 had a lot of moments where the characters were absolute *assholes*, which was super funny, but I just with the NPC’s had a bit more backbone instead of just ignoring it.

Re Mac, it's true that there are some useful, and genuinely generative applications for "AI", mainly recognising patterns in very large/complex datasets. This has uses in the sciences, both "hard" and "soft" (people may have heard the example of genetics before). However, the current expansion of "AI" IS a net negative given the devastating environmental costs, to say nothing of social ones. Even the positives are double edged, given the same capabilities will be and are being used by dodgy outfits, e.g. racist and otherwise oppressive police forces (see "predictive policing" in Bristol in the UK context). Even if this expansion facilitates some useful stuff, the benefits skew toward the rich (both in terms of individuals and countries), while the costs skew toward the poor (likewise). So I'd say it's inherently evil beyond any utilitarian measure, we don't have a right to sacrifice people over their heads. To be clear, my ire here is directed at the big corporate/government actors pushing "AI", and informed evangelists. Not, for example, people watching random videos with "AI" content on YouTube (although feeling how I do it's not something I do).

Totally crazy to hear about the Warriors in this! Lin Manuel Miranda and Eisa Davis just released a mixed tape based off The Warriors in November, with a gender-switch for the Warriors. Features a lot of the Hamilton cast, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Ms. Lauryn Hill, and a ton more. They are likely working on the stage production now, but the album is cool, so you should listen to it if you can!

AI is simply a tool, but if you wield it poorly you'll get less than favorable results and may end up hurting others' hard work in the process.
