Delays on international Q3 Merch Club shipments
🕑 Added 2022-11-04 20:10:28 +0000 UTCHey Naddpoles! We just wanted to reach out and let our international Merch Club members know that we discovered an issue with your shipments that caused them to not process correctly. We're working with our fulfillment center to resolve the issue and get your packages shipped out to you as soon as we possibly can!
Included in this issue is that your tracking numbers were incorrectly identified as another parcel delivery service instead of DHL. So to get accurate tracking of your merch, just take your tracking number over to DHL's website and you'll be able to see your shipments progress.
We're sorry for the delay, but we're working to get your merch to you as quickly as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Got my shipment today! Love it, but the Fanny pack is not particularly fat friendly. Definitely gonna get an extender though!

Just received my Q3 merch today and so glad it doesnโt actually say duck team, bc while I am loving the latest campaign, my soul is inextricably tied to the OSU Beavers ๐ฆซ!!! Duck Team Fucking Sucks (UofO in the bad way, Blue Crew in the punk rock way)

Just got mine today! Was the upside down 2 crew patch intentional? Its hilarious either way! Also might be allergic to the candle so it may become a gift

I live in Kansas... still haven't received it. How do I find a tracking number?

I haven't received any email to confirm & claim this last Merch Club
Where can I find the tracking number? I canโt find an email or message about it
