There was another post saying that there was a delay, emails should be sent tomorrow!

Dillon Gleed

I didn't get the email... is it too late?

Makeitsweat

When should we get the email

Jeff Carbine

Just sent you a message :)

Nate D Schwartz

How do you shoot a message?

Nate D Schwartz

Forth time the charm. Not trying to criticize but I had filled out the same info that many times if not more. I still have a sticker set that is sick!

Sam Sandford

I replied with the answer to the query yesterday, it's my fault x

Sam Sandford

I did email about my size and got a reply with a query which I then forgot to answer 😅 x

Jeff Carbine

Hey Sam! If you didn't receive your shirt, it's because we didn't have your size on file. You should have seen a note from us in your confirmation email letting you know, but those often get overlooked. Regardless, head over to naddpod.com/merch-club-info and fill out the form, and then just shoot us a message when you're done and we'll get your shirt to you!

Jeff Carbine

Hey Nate! If you received just the stickers, that's because we didn't have your shirt size on file. There should have been a note in your confirmation email detailing this. Either way, head over to naddpod.com/merch-club-info and fill out the form, and then just shoot us a message when you're done and we'll get your shirt to you!

Sam Sandford

Hi, I still haven't received my top from the last quarter? Any idea why?

Nate D Schwartz

Anyone else revive the stickers from Q1 merchandise club; but not the shirt?

Davina Teal

I'm excited for that duck hat, when that duck was first introduced I lost my mind it was hilarious.

Jeff Carbine

Sometimes previous Merch Club items become available on our store after a period of time, like on 2sday this year. However, it usually isn’t immediate or guaranteed, so you run the risk of missing out if you decide to wait.

Jeremy Brine

Does anyone know if i will be able to buy this hat without signing up for the merch club? I will do whatever it takes for that hat

Z Slice

DUCK TEAM ! 🦆🦆🦆🦆

alyssa

Carmen Scott

I’m excited to rock a duck hat while I say that I suck until a stranger knows the secret code.

Jeff Carbine

It is one size fits all!

Alex Behr

I cannot wait to run into a stranger in public while we're both wearing duck hats

Dmkampz

Kind of embarrassing question, but will it fit a big head?

Emma Margaret

Gotta have that hat.

Chase Damon

That duck team hat fucking sucks!!

Jeff Carbine

We did a trial run last quarter to see if it would work, so check your email. If you don't have one, then shoot us a DM and we'll get you sorted out! ~Jeff

Paul and Megan the Twins

OH NO How long have they been doing this claim by email thing? I never got my stuff from the Eldermourne campaign the one with the long sleeved navy tee. Was it by chance that far back?
