Oh, Caldwell. It's been 17 years now. I don't think we're going to get a "Lion King 1 ½" for this franchise.

Got my package today, and there was a gaping hole in the box. Pins are missing. Is there any way to get a replacement set? I’ll pay for them again, I don’t care. I just want my pins 😭

I can't help with finding your package, but you should be able to update your address in "manage memberships"!

Was it delivered by usps? Because I just moved and I got a message from the old place that there was a package and I think they returned it. Is there a way that I can get a confirmation and or tracking number? And how does one change address?

So I got home from work today to find a package at my door from Moonstone Associates, and I was entirely baffled by this since I didn't remember ordering anything and I'd never heard of a Moonstone Associates before. I was very pleasantly surprised to realize I'd forgotten about the poster and pins! They look amazing

Out of curiosity, how long does it usually take to arrive in the UK? I'm obsessively checking to see if I've missed the post when I'm home from work 😂

I just signed up for the Counsel of Elders. Is it too late for the merch club this quarter? No biggie if it is, but hot diggity dog if it isn’t

I was able to resist until I saw the pins. And then shout out to the 2 crew for resistance.

That's exactly right! Thanks for sharing that info, Zoe! ~Caldwell

I also just moved! you can click on your picture in the top right, then click on "my profile", then "edit profile" then scroll down to the information part and you can edit your address right there! then just save and it'll update! Hope this helps and that you had an easy move :)
