So glad to hear that! ~Caldwell

My Q1 merch came through! The hat is super cozy and the candle smells wild and mysterious. Definitely the perfect fragrance for a Trickster. Thanks so much!

Sergio Abreu

Got my Q1 Merch and let me say this candle has a beautifully mystical scent! Also the Brightleap crest is 🔥

We'll announce the Q2 deadline soon!

Hi Fraser! If your country has a mail forwarding service, I'd recommend setting that up so your package ends up in the right place! ~Caldwell

You do! Your $25 subscription pays for this merch, as well as shipping and handling, so as long as your address is up to date you don't need to worry about anything else.

Yes! Just set up mail forwarding! - https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm

We use your updated address on Patreon! However, if you moved after March 15th, there's a chance your shipment is going to the wrong address. If so I'd recommend you set up mail forwarding - https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm

Question! I joined the merch tier on 3/15 which I believe was last day to get in for the Q1 merch. Should I be keeping an eye out for a shipping confirmation email for that? (I'm not very familiar with the ways of Patreon). EDITED: I got my Q1 package! So excited!

Nate Porteous

Could someone clarify something for me? I recently moved and updated my address in Patreon. Does the merch club stuff ship using the address you have on Patreon or the address you used when you signed up?

Allie Rosner

I just moved like 4 days ago and forgot to change my address, is there a way I can reroute my merch?? I'll be so sad if the new tenants use my candle :(

Paul Hoffmann

Here's a noob question: since I am in the merch club(I'm new here) do I get these automatically or is there another fee that I have to pay to get these?
