Speaking of cultures with weird sex stuff, I DMed my second even session (inspired by an adventure book as I'm a noob) and the party were in a Gnome fortress and when speaking to a guard, the PCs implied the Gnome kings were into kinky sex stuff and I just leaned heavily into all the gnomes being super kinky and open about sex. Now I will need to do that for ALL my gnomes in this campaign. Well, at least I somewhat differentiated them from Murph's gnomes.
