I've been seeding Star Spawn in my D&D campaign for a while now. In the 3.5 supplement Elder Evils, the Worm that Walks is the big bad guy of the Star Spawn, the Demigod Kyuss. I am using that as a loose framework an apocalypse scenario for my campaign. Right now, the players are lower level, and they think I keep describing random green glowing worms crawling about as weird flavor text because my descriptions can get purple-y so they dismiss a lot of details. Which I've anticipated, STAR SPAWN!

I picked up Mordenkainen’s Tome of foes on Monday, and ended up impulse buying it because I saw Starspawn. One of the players in my campaign is also a Naddpole too, so I may just have them end up speaking like the Gladehome Starspawn.
