the close of JV's arc made me cry harder than I have in a long time for a fictional character. I didn't see it coming and JV was just so sweet and good. To hear him just not question it and to immediately give up his place. Shit I'm getting emotional just thinking about it again makes me a bit Misty eyed

keysi ellle

on my second listen JV closing scene still gets me... the DMV joke softened the blow but not by a lot.. gaddamn onions

Amy Driver

Hehe sassy piece of toast lol

Cole Power

Did anyone else notice that at 25:50 Murph said Hardwon could see his reflection, which isn’t possible because he’s a vampire? But anyway, that JV scene was probably the best moment of the podcast. Makes me tear up every time.

Jens Christian Tvilum

If I'm working on a mixed tape with Blavin, does that mean he isn't dead?

Tricia Spriggs

Fuck the Red Fen. I only knew JV for a short time, but I loved him so much. Well played Jake, and Murph with the amazing story telling as always!

Garga Lenoir

This "sweet as!" was the best way to end this episode and this character's arc! Amazing!

Mell Wallis

Awwww JV 💕

i was wondering this too, did the undead pale prince ever actually use it?

Talbert Tso

Fun fact, "Geas" is a Gaelic word and is pronounced as "gesh".

Micheal Herzer

This episode was so amazing. JV was an amazing character, if i had a rose, id give it to jake for how he played jv, and a rose to murph for how great of writing was put into this arc

Diana

Since Hardwon is undead/a vamp now, will that affect his "worthiness" when using the Queenshammer?

DungeonMama

Murph, you are so great at giving the players such beautiful opportunities for emotional roleplay when they're on death's door! When Hardwon first died in the Feywild, then Deadeye and JV, who both got beautiful death scenes and gave me all kinds of feelings! Props to you and thank you for this wonderful content!

Darren Allison

Everytime they pronounce the command spell it sounds like they're saying gay ass 😂

Jack McAlevey

Please release the live show even if the audio isn't perfect! The first live show has some of your funniest moments and I'm super excited to hear what y'all come up with this time.
