Why wouldn't dragonborns be hot. They are naturally strong and charismatic. My strong silver dragonborn ranger with lightning blue eyes, platinum/white hair in small dreads/ braids and cobalt blue highlights, looks quite hot or at least handsome to me 😉. He's also a beastmaster. Who doesn't love a strong man with good animal handling

So on the elf thing, I actually played an elf Druid for one of my D&D campaigns, and the only way I could think of making him not a bland asshole like all the other elves that the dm played, I made him an orphan and had him raised by halflings XD one of the funnest characters I’ve played to date.
