solution: 1st you need the account for Visison Webstore & 2nd for me it worked out through connecting my profile from the Vision Webstore (that I just created) to my Patreon -> you can connect it via your profile settings on the Vision Website :) - hope it helps people, cheers!

Been trying for a few days using both Safari and Google Chrome. Following instructions and making sure everything is logged in.

First off, thank you guys. But having logged in and ensured that my Patreon account is connected, and then having added the sample pack to the cart, the cart becomes non-functional. It Is behaving the same way on both my iPhone and Mac
