Can you sort it out already? "Download is unavailable"

i'm getting the same error.. once order is completed, and i attempt to download it i get the error "download is unavailable, try again?" and nothing seems to fix it

I get you have to be logged in to follow the link, but I can't seem to download from the orders page. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a heads up, the email isn't including the download link and when I go to my account orders I get "Download is unavailable. Try again." when I click the download button on the order
