Update news plus YOUR patron usernames into the game! Again?

Sorry for keeping you waiting, we're entering the testing phase of the update, but due to its size and the ever-increasing risk of bugs, I want to devote a week or so just to bug testing to polish the game thoroughly. Given the time and effort put into this, I'd hate to see the update go out and feel uncooked.
As you know, any creative endeavor takes a lot of time but we're confident the update will be worth it when it launches!
This is solely due to the update's size, and the increase in quality with it, it is (we think) one of the largest updates done so far!
We know most of you will be disappointed, we will work as hard as we can to turn the update around quickly, but we'd rather give you a complete product rather than a rushed buggy one.
One more thing, during a set of specific events:- we can either use generic usernames not affiliated with anyone, OR We can bring in some of YOUR patron usernames into the game.
HOWEVER, we're not going to tell you why, or the circumstances of how it happens. (I'm sure your imaginations can at least make an educated guess).
It's fully optional, but feel free to vote in the Poll on your preferred choice.
And no, we won't be telling you which usernames we'll pick if you do ;) You'll just have to trust us.

FWIW, LostRaven is a LOT more active on the Discord channel with giving updates and statuses. If the lack of communication on the Patreon page is frustrating you, I highly suggest getting on the Discord channel.
I may have just joined but I will wait for however long it takes for them to get the game in the right place to be and hope they have a good time doing so for everyone to enjoy a game as great as this.
@riverblue I understand what your trying to say but if they didn't think they could meet the deadline they gave us then they shouldn't have announced it. I personally would have been ok waiting a little longer if they hadn't promised me it sooner. But now that we are a week and 3 past the deadline people are anxious.
I just hope they update up on whatβs going on

For everyone complaining about the update schedule you obviously don't know much about programing. As someone who has taken a magnitude of computer science and coding classes as well as working on game dev on the side it is always easier to work on the start and middle of a project than the end. When it comes to releasing updates, the amount of troubleshooting that has to be done at the end is tremendous. I don't know about you guys but I would rather play a finished well polished game than a rushed one with a clusterfuck of bugs. Lets cut UberPie some slack, this is the best adult game on the market right now after all.
