Honestly I felt like the northman was kind of mid. It's such a cliche story and I don't mind a cliche story if there's a twist but the twist was very obvious IMO. As soon as I saw the mom brushing his uncle's hair in that loving way, I knew that she probably had something to do with her former husband's death. The visuals were great and the scenes of him decimating the village were cool, but the plot just didn't do it for me. Ending was really mediocre too.
